Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's WeChat communities for AI, technology globalization and conferences, together with international communities on Telegram, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Develop community operations and growth strategies, using online discussions, industry knowledge sharing and livestreams to drive sustained user growth and conversion.
- Identify and maintain relationships with community opinion leaders and high-value users, including business executives and investors.
- Support summit projects and the sales team with targeted event promotion and lead generation inside relevant communities.
- Regularly collect community feedback and industry needs, producing data-informed reports and recommendations for business optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with one to three years of experience in community, user or new-media operations.
- Familiarity with the WeChat ecosystem and the operating rules and growth methods of major international social platforms.
- Strong copywriting and event-planning skills, with the ability to independently design and execute community engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of or a strong interest in AI, global technology expansion and enterprise services is preferred.
- Outgoing and digitally fluent, with strong communication, coordination, resilience and data-analysis skills.
